Cancellation Policy

Nurturing Touch Massage & Aesthetics loves serving you and meeting your treatment needs. We schedule your appointment to ensure you are the priority and will receive excellent service. Please be mindful that we do this for all of our clients and be respectful of your own time, the massage therapists and other clients by arriving at least 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment and by providing at least 48 hour notice when needing to reschedule or cancel. 

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment time (no call/no show) or cancel without proper notice, our therapist misses out on the opportunity of being of service to another client. 

Please notify us 48 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. We will charge 50% of all booked services with less than 48 hour notice and charge 100% for no-shows or same day cancellations/reschedules. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
